COBBLESTONE VILLAGE APARTMENTS is a 44-Unit Multi-Family Community. NATIONAL COMMUNITY RENAISSANCE (CORE) was chosen by the Community Development Commission of the City of Escondido to acquire and rehabilitate this project to provide affordable housing for lower income households in the City of Escondido.

On October 10th, 2002 CORE celebrated the Grand Opening Celebration of COBBLESTONE VILLAGE APARTMENTS with the City of Escondido elected officials, staff, Community members, and residents attended the event. It is comprised of spacious three bedroom/two bath Apartments close to shopping centers, schools, and freeways. All Units are affordable for families earning 20% and 30% of the State Median Income (SMI) and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
